Failed after a few minutes

| I made sure it was wired as described...and started to charge a battery. Voltage seemed o.k. for about 10 minutes, then I noticed the voltage dropped and current went to Zero. Not sure what failed...probably won't buy one again....I may do an "autopsy" to see what went wrong. |
